Immerse yourself in the vastness of the universe amidst breathtaking natural scenery at night

The Kaunertal Glacier Road provides safe access to a magical place in the middle of a mountain world formed by glacial ice at around 2,000 m, the Gepatsch in the Kaunertal.
Here, away from the cities and far from the artificial light overload, you can experience an unforgettably profound view into a dark night sky, the history of the universe and also of time.
Accompanied by experts, you will recognize stars and constellations and learn what significance the stars have for mankind, for our orientation and for the creation of stories and world views. Signs of time in the Kaunertal, in our galaxy and the universe will give you new insights into dimensions at the limits of your imagination.

As a finale, you can reflect on your impressions during a night-time stop at the Gepatschhaus, the oldest Alpine Club hut in Austria.

• Maximum 15 – 20 participants
• You will be led and accompanied by selected guides and storytellers with expert knowledge
• In case of bad weather conditions, the date will be postponed by one day. If the weather is also bad on Tuesday, an indoor program will take place in the seminar room of the Gepatschhaus.
